ABOUT:

This project is an Urban Building Scheme to increase the assisted living rights. The shape of the structure creates an urban and commercial square and directs a low textural wall which connects to the lower buildings further down the neighborhood. Parallel to that, on the side of the tower – the building rises up, and constitutes a neighborhood and urban symbol. In addition, the project completes the system of open public areas and connects the project to green Yavne. The functions in the project are – nursing wards, a swimming pool, green roof, commerce, offices, clinics, recreational rooms, conference hall, dining room, gym.
