Bavli Tower is an ultra-luxury residential building in Tel Aviv’s Old North, strategically situated between Gush Dan’s primary transportation hub and HaYarkon River. The design is inspired by the private villa, surrounded by a garden, and the result is four exclusive villas in every floor surrounded by an oversized tropical balcony on all sides. The unique floor plan weaves with the building’s facilities to give each resident the villa of his dreams while preserving all the comforts of a high-end complex. The project includes two double-height entrance levels with all the services and amenities required, including a swimming pool and spa. Above it, 50 residential floors host a total of 200 luxurious villas and generous penthouses with private rooftop pools.
