A building located on Hama'ayan Street next to the Stock Exchange area in Ramat-Gan, which will rise to a height of 55 stories. The tower will be used for offices as well as having two floors for public buildings and institutions. The planning of the tower is unique due to the triangular shape of the lot in a way in which the core of the tower is split into three different cores (located at the tops of the tower). The building makes it possible to clear the center of the typical floor for atrium spaces which create shared and changing work spaces the higher you go up the tower
