The tower will rise to a height of about 30 floors, and incorporate employment, comers and public floors for the benefit of the city residents. At one of the most central transportation hubs in the country, on the route of Yigal Alon Street, a mixed uses office building was designed, which will adapt itself both to the planning of the current cross-section of Yigal Alon street as well as to a future situation in which a segment of the Ayalon Highway will be covered by a new public park. And all this in accordance with the overall outline plan of Tel-Aviv, TA 5000.
