231 residential units. A 'Buyer's Price' Project. The 2 planned towers are located to the north of the city of Acre, in a distance of about 500 meters from the beach. These towers are the only ones in the area which rise to a height of 30 stories, and constitute a distinct urban symbol. The placement of the buildings defines a city square (invested) with 2 commercial sides and access roads through the project from the square to the nearby open public area. The buildings are designed to divide into 2 parts, with 5 apartments planned on the first 20 floors, out of which 4 receive a view as well as a view of the sea. The rest of the top floors, have 4 apartments planned to a floor: spacious mini-penthouses and penthouses. Garden balconies are integrated into the apartments which allow for vertical vegetation. All the apartments have large balconies, and the majority of the apartments have a garden balcony planned.
