ABOUT:

The design offers a tower of 25 new floors designated as a hotel which will tower above the historic "Income Tax" building. The 30 story building has 350 guest rooms. The hotel includes a lounge on the roof of the structure to be preserved; two of the floors in the existing building will be allocated in favor or public areas. The project is located next to the light train station on the Jabotinsky route on the outskirts of the Stock Exchange. The design includes dismantling the mass into several vertical elements, and creates an object which receives a different and unique shape on each side.
