ABOUT:

The design of the building was inspired by the "Boat House", one of the well known Bauhaus buildings of the White City in Tel Aviv. This is a 30 story building built on a total area of 17,000 Sq/M: Hotels – about 300 beds, about 50 residential units, commerce, spa and work spaces. The hotel which will spread over 10 floors will contain a wide variety of rooms, from suites in a size of 38 Sq/M and up to regular rooms of 16 Sq/M.
