Designed by the Late Amnon Niv and Amnon Schwartz – A senior partner in our firm. The tower consists of 68 floors and integrates commerce, a large sports center, and 12 top floors of housing. The tower was the highest in Israel up to the year 2016, and was ranked the 88th highest skyscraper in the world. It is located at the Elite intersection, the Stock Exchange, a central interchange in Ramat Gan, and it is 235 meters high. Its style design is post modern, and it is possible to see an extensive use of glass and metal.
