This project serves as an example for the combination between textural construction and towers. As part of the evacuation of the railway structure, the building is stationed along route 2, and parallel to it, there is a strip of open area which connects the project to the road. It is possible to see a combination of a commercial façade to the street together with kindergartens, public building which enables an enjoyment connection to the municipal square and residential floors. The building maintains continuity of the pedestrian and bicycle path.
