The compound is adjacent to the sands of Rishon. In a developing area, a neighborhood with contemporary architecture and environmental outlook is about to be constructed, and which will replace an old neighborhood with the same name – the Pueblo Espanol Neighborhood. The neighborhood will include high rise construction of apartment towers with 20-30 floors, and will sit on a network of paths which integrates and unites with Rishon Le'zion's urban fabric. The location of the towers on the plot will allow for the passage of a breeze from the sea to land, and will provide the tenants with a view of the waves. In addition to the towers, 8 story textural structures will be built, facing the young dynamic city. On the main streets surrounding the project spacious boulevards will be built, along which commercial floors and offices will be constructed for the benefit of the area's residents, as well as community public building for the expanding population of the city. The design of the structure is the dismantling of masses which emphasize the verticality of the structure, with the buildings adjacent to the main road being the tallest.
