In the northern area of Or Yehuda, an urban renewal project with mixed uses will be built, which will include in it 8 residential towers, rising to a height of 20 floors, a commercial façade in the direction of the Atzmaut Street, and various public buildings for the benefit of the residents of the neighborhood and its surroundings such as synagogues and kindergartens. The project presents a new urban perception in changing the face of the existing neighborhood. The challenges it faces are mainly in the integration of the value apartments in the new towers and establishing alternatives for the buildings which serve the community by examining the stages of implementation and while placing an emphasis on avoiding harming the well-being of the tenants and the conduction of their lives. The execution stages in fact divide all of the towers into three different lots, when in the first lot 3 residential buildings will be built in combination with 2 public buildings on the ground floor for community use. The design is made in such a way which will create a wide green strip and locations which will enable the meeting and invitation into the public buildings, and on the other hand, a separation and buffer for the entrances into residential buildings along Yekutiel Adam Street to the south. Later on, 2 residential towers will be built, when between them and the buildings on the first lot, an intimate internal street will be designed to serve the neighborhood residents. In the last stage, 3 more towers with an additional uniqueness will be built. First, they will integrate on the ground floor a commercial façade which faces along the Atzmaut Street. Second, the apartments of the 2 adjacent towers will be connected in the lower floors, so that a continuous façade is created as an urban wall which will accompany the commercial façade along the main road.
