STATUS: Planning
AREA: 260,000 Sq/m
FLOORS: 45
CLIENT: Shlomo Sixt
ABOUT:
A unique central business district is planned at the seam between Petach Tikva and Givat Shmuel. In the complex there are six towers, in unique and diverse shapes, and at the same time coherent and adapted to the location and its future development. The connection to the urban fabric was created by tiered planning and the placement of functions according to human uses. On the ground there are a commerce building and an internal park, above the commercial floor, are built between three and four employment floors which form a wall to the street at a scale adjusted to the human being. The six buildings built on these bases are divided in different ways and include a wide variety of uses among which employment, housing, hotel, assisted living facilities, public building and more. The separation between the various uses in the building itself is made by a sky lobby on the eighteenth floor which also connects all the buildings in the complex by bridges. A key principle in the complex is human-adapted green planning. There are many green spaces in the complex, which include human adapted uses that encourage stay and recreation. At the park compound on the ground floor, there is also a coffee shop, there are green spaces on the roof, and the street wall floors include green spaces. The sky lobby and bridges include uses for the buildings' tenants such as a swimming pool, a gym, and more.
