This project is a combination of two 25-story towers, which are located on the eastern border of the neighborhood, and look east to the Afek Reserve and Nahal Naaman, with low-rise construction ('texture'), which offers a minority of tenants in the building and garden apartments, and which faces the neighborhood's main boulevard. The project is planned as one division, in a uniform and meticulous architectural language, attention to the correct orientation of balconies, generous balcony areas as well as quality areas for the well-being of the tenants. The project is strategically located: on the one hand close to the main educational buildings, and the neighborhood trade, and on the other hand close to nature and Park Afek.
