Next to the green line station on Jerusalem Boulevard in Holon, stands an employment building of 24 floors which bridges the high level differences between the two intersecting roads – Jerusalem Boulevard and Hamerkava Street. The project draws the attention to the creation of an upper square which received the train passengers and leads them through urban steps to an inner lower square on the level of the Merkava and the Kishor Streets, and by doing so creating the urban contexts in the strategic point opposite the Holon intersection which descends from Highway 4. The tower connects at the upper ground level to the bridge that exists on Jerusalem Boulevard, and by that creates a continuous commercial and urban façade along the street. Next to the tower there is a 2 story "pavilion" structure which overlooks the adjacent squares and streets.
