Plots 130-131 are part of the Tamal plan (preferred housing plan) 1023 and are located in the southern part of Tel Hashomer. We are planning these two lots for developers Almogam and Yossi Avrahami. In total, about 170 units are planned in the two plots, with each plot incorporating textured construction along the street In several buildings and above it are residential buildings with 14-15 floors, a ground floor and underground parking basements.
