The project is located in the central square of the "River Park" neighborhood in Be'er Sheva, and includes an integration of 'Buyer's Price' apartments with open market apartments, over a complex of commerce, employment and underground parking. An emphasis was made in the project on the optimal separation between residential and employment, for the benefit of the tenants and the optimal functioning of commerce, as well as on quality and presentable design worthy for the vast neighborhood which was established around, all under the budget limitations of the 'Buyer's Price' Project.
