This is a residential project which constitutes a part of the extension of the city of Be'er Ya'akov. The project integrates residential towers, employment buildings and a ground commercial floor. We are planning two compounds for two different entrepreneurs: Complex D' – Avisrur, and Complex B' – Sherbet, which include: 9 residential multi floored towers, 8 tall residential building and 7 employment buildings. The nature of the project is a vibrant full of life part of the city, which integrates housing and employment, places of entertainment, and in the center of it, a planned highway and metro line. In addition, the buildings maintain a uniform façade which combines glass Bernovich walls, to create a commercial arcade along the main road.
