The “San Martin” project is located at the main junction of Begin Boulevard and Golomb Boulevard. It is an iconic urban renewal development with two towers, 30 and 18 stories high, built above an active podium that combines public spaces, educational facilities, and retail. The project is planned along the neighbourhood’s last build line, and the design strategy focuses on opening wide views from the apartments toward the Gazelle Valley and the open landscape beyond. The planning process was complex and multi-layered, and it resulted in a carefully designed architectural façade. The building reads as a clear urban landmark: it frames the city’s main traffic corridors while also creating a direct dialogue with the broad landscape of the Gazelle Valley.
