The Yad Harutzim complex is situated in the center of the Kiryat Sapir Industrial Zone in Netanya. Due to its location and its proximity to the train station, the tower has mixed used and in it there is a double commerce floor which creates an inner square for all commerce users and the entire building. Above it there is a floor for public areas, and above that on the third floor, there is an upper lobby for the offices with a green roof which is used as a sky lobby for the employment floor. The design of the tower is divided into modules which create a clean design also used as a landmark from afar to route No. 4 from the west and the train line from the east.
