STATUS: Planning
AREA: 150,000 Sq/m
FLOORS: 100
CLIENT: Tel Aviv City
ABOUT:
The Three Cities Tower, as its name suggests, connects between three metropolitan cities – Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan and Givatim. The triangular shape of the structure is based on three faces directed at three cities. On an urban scale, it redefines the word boundary. It undermines the popular perception of horizontal separation on the bordering line which usually exists between neighborhoods and cities, and creates a connection through one urban point – a vertical one. Thus, the building has three entrances, one from the direction of each city. Between the three facades there are vertical gardens which lead to a green roof. In respect of functions on the first floors, there is one public floor followed by a recreational and commercial floor. On the top floor there are offices and a hotel including a sky-lobby and a roof which has a pool and spa.
