In the area between Or Yehuda and Kiryat Ono, a mixed use project will be established, which includes 4 residential towers over 2 commercial floors on the northern side, and 4 office buildings above 2 commercial floors as well. In the gap between the two lots, an internal street is planned, with a pedestrian passage which connects the commercial ground floors and enables seating and staying areas as well as the placement of portable stalls. The residential towers will rise to a height of 20 floors, some of which will be allocated for the 'Buyer's Price' program. Commerce on the ground floor and as part of the first floor will include shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and more, which will serve all public functions for the benefit of the tower residents and residents of the area. Employment buildings, 5 floors each, will be placed over 2 commercial base floors. Reductions in the structures' mass create unique frames and provide large balconies for the benefit of the employees. Retraction in the structure's plains on the top floor, allows for a spacious rooftop patio for holding large events. The traffic layout is designed in such a manner which will correctly direct the residents of the area to the commercial center located in the lower base floors. The employment building also refers to the planning of the future light train by creating a wide square, accessibility and easy orientation.
