An employment and commerce project located on Ha'Etzel Street in the city of Rehovot, which has a commercial ground floor and 6 employment floors above it. In terms of shape, the construction is characterized and divided into three volumes with a straight geometry which allows for a programmatic versatile division – creating an open space which spreads on an entire floor, or division into many offices. The three volumes are connected by bridges and balconies, so that the top and lower floors serve the public, as well the development of an extensive public environmental area between Ha'Etzel Street and the main façade. Materialistically – The façade is transparent, continuous and meshed by wooden shutters that create a pleasant and ecological shading for the interior spaces
