A 50 story building in the heart of Benei Brak on an area of about 85,000 Sq/M. The tower contains functions of offices, public areas, and commerce on the ground floor. The ground floor is accessible to the public, and calls for passers-by to walk through the building and not alongside it. Its shape constitutes an iconic urban symbol.
