The Gibor Sport Tower is located on Begin Street corner of Moda'ee Street in the heart of the Ramat Gan Stock Exchange neighborhood. The original design of the tower was planned by partner Amnon Schwartz and Amnon Niv in 1995, and was inhabited in the year 2000. On top of the existing 29 story tower, an additional 8 office floors and 2 technical floors were designed and executed, so that the height of the tower today is 39 floors. As part of the execution works, the entrance lobby and elevators which serve the entire tower floors were completely renovated. The 29th floor, which was the last office floor in the original tower, became with the new planning a sky-lobby floor, a transitional floor between the tower elevators to the elevators for the additional floors with a direct view of Tel-Aviv all the way to the sea. The tower was operational throughout the execution of the new floors without cessation or interrupting the work of the existing offices. The textural structure which accompanies the building and is used as an upper parking lot, was covered by an office floor, and currently in advanced planning stages is the addition of 4 more office floors.
