Hashahaf compound is an evacuation - construction project, which includes the demolition of 64 existing units and the construction of 273 units in three towers, which combine commerce and kindergartens. The project is located in the center of the city, with significant visibility and exposure, on the side of an urban square at the intersection of Duani Street that cuts through the city from east to west, and a "nahal" will be built (mostly Nahal Zenev), which is in fact a linear park that 'cuts' the city from north to south. A major challenge in the planning of the project is to integrate a new building, mixed uses, including underground basements, a good separation between the uses and a response to all the engineering requirements and the latest standards - within an existing fabric and an irregular and crowded lot.
