The Kfar Qassem Innovation Center aims to be the gateway to the city and have a local and international identity. The concept of the project is a complex of independent buildings connected through a public green boulevard, which is a physical and conceptual space for the transfer of knowledge and creativity both to the employees of the complex and to the general public, whose goal is to bring the local population closer to the world of science and high-tech. The complex combines work, places of recreation and commerce as well as green areas at different levels for the benefit of the users of the complex and the residents. Each facade is designed in a way adapted to the urban landscape: to the east creating a commercial promenade along the main street of the city and to the west connectivity to a public space, which includes a science garden inspired by the golden age of Islam, urban agriculture and places to stay. All of these are designed to connect the youth and children to the world of science and innovation. In addition to this, the innovative construction has ecological elements designed in an innovative pattern, allowing natural ventilation and a play of light and shadow.
