The building located in the center o the city of Tiberius was built at the beginning of the 20th Century and first opened in 1917. The new design incorporates within it the Hebrew, Ottoman and British cultures from the beginning of the twentieth century present in the city during those years. The building was declared a landmark for preservation by the Municipality of Tiberius in 2010, and the conservation and renovation works in it were done meticulously while preserving the details of the Basalt stones, arches, painted tiles, room balconies and the details of the unique frames.
