ABOUT:

Central office building for the Mekorot Company in the northern region. The structure included in its planning all the functions required for the operation, maintenance and development of the Northern District water system. In addition, the planning included a division for emergency functioning and parking. The design of the building was based on two masses, which were slanted at an angle of 45 degrees from each other. The first, sprouts and sticks into the ground, and the second floats above creating different view of the Eshkol lake. The design of the building as a "green structure", took into account an optimal turn of the façades and a suitable climate treatment for all the components of the structure.
