This building functions as a gateway to Givataim. It is comprised of commerce, offices and residential spaces. The building places an emphasis on the quality of the work spaces, in which each office has an external area that is green and airy. One can see this in the vertical vegetation which grows on the face of the building up to the roof. The holes made in the building introduce vegetation, life and especially a great deal of light into the spaces. In order to increase the sense of community in housing, shared communal balconies were created on each floor.
