The project is located in close proximity to the developing urban district in Be'er Sheva, at the intersection of Sderot Zalman Shazar, Derech Hebron to the south and Yaakov Gershfeld St. to the north. The plan offers a mixed-use complex of commerce, offices, residences and a diverse mix of social services that wraps around the project and enables a variety of activities and places to stay. There are three towers with an active commercial façade that accompanies the surrounding streets and allows continuous and free passage for pedestrians from Derech Hebron to Yaakov Gershfeld St.
