The "Parads Complex" project is located in the north of Petah Tikva, south of the continuation of Am Moshavot Street. The plan offers an integrated building fabric for residences, employment and public institutions, which continues the sequence built in the north of Petah Tikva, and connects the renewed industrial area of Segula to the north, with the existing residential district of the “Am HaMoshavot” to the west. The plan preserves the "Beit HaPardsan" building integrated into the public space as part of a planned park in the center of the neighborhood. The plan refers to the extension of the railroad to the city center that passes through its boundary, while defining the proposed connections between its sides, and defining the construction restrictions arising from it.
