On an area of about 5 dunam in the area Omer's developing industrial park in the Negev, there is one of the leading high-tech and commerce centers in Israel, with high-tech, offices and commerce areas in an anticipated scope of about 9000 Sq/M. This building is unique in its design in the part, and in it use was made with innovative and varied materials which give it an unusual look. The design of the structure takes into account the extreme climate conditions in the area, and along these lines an in-depth energy plan was executed which created a different treatment of the building's facades: A combination of screen walls glazed with radiation-inhibiting glass, with a particularly high light transmission especially in the facades, full height windows which enable the natural ventilation of the building, glass railings and tin cladding. All these complement the unique architectural look of the building.
