The Paz Rama Tower will consist of 35 floors of offices with an allocation of 2 floors for the benefit of the municipality for public services (such as clinics, offices of the municipality, etc.). A prime location, close to Bialik Street and the vibrant and renewed city center of Ramat Gan, The Paz Rama Tower is about 30 meters from the Red Line which makes the building accessible to employees who come to it, and thus becomes an attractive building to work in, buy and/or rent employment space. This Tower is actually being planned on a relatively small plot of land (about 835 square meters, while each floor is 435 meters). In order to produce a "Landmark" special show of architectural design, we managed to reach an architectural language built on a kind of principle that produces the illusion of twist. In reality, the building does not make a twist but an effect of a twist created by 2 diagonals and a diagonal movement in the profile of the windows in the curtain walls.
