ABOUT:

The plan includes about 2,550 units in residential buildings of about 8-16 floors. About 625 units will be allocated to small apartments and about 400 units to special housing. Also in the plan are about 77 dunams for public buildings, roughly 7 dunams for sports and recreation and another 46 dunams for open public areas, In the north of the plan, an employment complex will be built in an area of about 46 dunams with buildings of about 20 stories. The plan preserves unique stone buildings for conservation and other valuable elements located in the plan's territory from the British Mandate period in the Rehabam camp The planning connects to the nearby Kiryat HaOmen neighborhood which will be connected to it through a network of streets that will create continuity between the neighborhoods. Pedestrian and bicycle paths in the neighborhood will connect the residential areas to the employment centers and all the areas in the neighborhood.
