STATUS: Plan deposited
AREA: 37,026 Sq/m
FLOORS: 35
CLIENT: Sofer-Ben-Zur
ABOUT:
The Rishonim tower will be erected in the heart of the Rishonim neighborhood, on Hama'ayan Street. The tower has mixed uses and adapts itself to the existing status as well as to the future situation, in which Hama'ayan Street will be covered by a public promenade. The tower will rise to a height of 35 floors which includes: ground floor commerce, 2 floors for structures and public institutions, 18 floors of offices, and 11 housing floors consisting of about 90 residential units. A sky-lobby floor separates between the office and residential floors, and contains all the public functions of the tower residents. The sky-lobby creates a reduction in the mass of the tower. This perforation symbolizes the separation between the uses in the front, and the more you rise up, there are spot perforations which create the residential balconies. The view obtained from the sky-lobby is to the east-west route: In the north-eastern direction spreads Jabotinsky Way, and to the south-western direction spreads the Tel-Aviv skyline and coastal strip.
