ABOUT:

A program which offers a plan for a new residential neighborhood in the north of Netanya which includes about 2,800 residential units and 500 residential units for assisted living, about 60,000 Sq/M of employment, areas for structure and public institutions and open public areas. The suggested construction includes an urban street and square in which the construction ranges between 15-22 stories accompanied by a commercial façade and at the perimeter of the neighborhood, textural construction at a height of up to 9 floors. In addition, the plan includes an area for a national park and an extension of three settlements in the Emek Hefer Regional Council by adding residential units to Havatzelet Hasharon, Tzukei Yam and Shoshanat Ha'amakim.
